Returns Policy

We aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return an item, please carefully review our return policy below.

Return Authorization Required

Items may not be returned without prior authorization from Ahearn & Soper Inc. To initiate a return, please request a Return Authorization (RA) by emailing us at customerservice@ahearn.com.

Include the following information in your request:

  • Transaction reference number
  • Item SKU(s) and quantity
  • Reason for return

Return Authorization Conditions

  • Return Authorizations are valid for 30 days from the issue date.
  • Items returned after 30 days will not be accepted.
  • Restocking charges may apply and will be outlined in the RA document.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or unsealed packaged software
  • Software delivered via electronic download

Return Instructions

  • Items must be clearly labeled with the Return Authorization Number
  • Products must be in original packaging, complete, and as specified
  • Freight must be pre-paid unless otherwise noted

Customers are responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipping unless otherwise specified.

Inspection and Credit

Returned goods will be inspected upon arrival. Credit will only be issued if the following conditions are met:

  • Goods are received in the specified condition
  • Goods match the items listed on the Return Authorization

No credit will be issued for incomplete, damaged, or late returns.

Agreement to Terms

By returning goods with an issued Return Authorization, the customer agrees to all terms and conditions outlined in the RA document, including applicable restocking fees.
