How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We will endeavor to process and ship your order within 24 hours of the time you placed it, if we have the items you have ordered in stock. If the items are not in stock, then your order will be delayed until we receive them. Once the stock arrives it will normally be shipped to you within 24 hours. Please note that because we only ship complete orders, orders with many items are more likely to be delayed for stock reasons. Your choice of shipping options will affect the time in transit, which can be up to 2 or 3 days.

In some instances we may be further delayed if we cannot get prompt authorization of your credit card, or if we need to contact you for further information or confirmation.

Can I use a Shipper other than Federal Express?

No, our store supports only FedEx. There are numerous options available from Fedex to fit most requirements.

How can I purchase using my tax exempt status?

Yes, but we will need to make an adjustment to your account to enable this. Please call 800-263-4258 and ask for Customer Service with your tax exemption information.

Why have I been charged an Environment Handling Fee?

The provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Ontario and Nova Scotia have each implemented a mandatory electronics recycling program. As part of these programs suppliers of designated types of electronics products into those provinces must remit fees to non-profit organizations set up by each provincial government in order fund the cost of collection, transportation and recycling of electronic materials, public information & awareness programs, and electronics-related research. If you purchase one of the designated products from us, we will automatically add the applicable fees to your purchase. GST or HST is applicable to these fees.

Ahearn & Soper Inc. has chosen to show the charges as separate items rather than include them in the price of the product, in order to make them visible to you and to make it easier to compare prices.

Can I change the email address on my account?

Yes. However your email address is used to login to your account, so if you change your email address be aware that you will need to use the new address to login, after the change becomes effective.
