Shipping Information

Delivery shall take place and title shall pass to the Customer when items ordered are placed in the possession of a carrier, packed and ready for shipment, at our warehouse facility in Toronto, Ontario. Risk of loss and responsibility for shipping charges shall pass to the Customer on delivery. Ahearn & Soper Inc. will select the carrier and type of conveyance in conformity with its standard commercial practices

The prices quoted herein do not include Insurance while freight is in transit from Toronto, Ontario to the destination requested by the customer. It is the Customer's responsibility to claim for any damage or loss directly with the carrier, although Ahearn & Soper Inc. will provide any reasonable help or assistance necessary.

Delivery to destinations outside of Canada is not available.
